Here at Quality Bearings Online (QBOL) we pledged to support Candlelighters, a Leeds based non-profit charity which supports families with children who are battling cancer. Here at QBOL, we had our very own Bake Off in the office, to help fundraise money for our chosen charity Marie Curie. Our members randomly pick out a sweet treat to bake for the bake off which was judged by one of our directors and cake connoisseur Simon Riley. The sweet treats ranged from chocolate eclairs, victoria sponge, lemon drizzle, cheesecake, butterfly buns to flapjacks, rice crisp’s and marble cake. Every year Quality Bearings Online collaborates with a charity, and for 2018 we have decided to support the CashForKids with a series of team projects and activities.CashForKids goal is to help disadvantaged or disabled young people aged 0 to 18, by proving specialist equipment that will help them improve their quality of life.
