QBOL Features In The Plane Talk Magazine - Spring Edition 2021

QBOL Features In The Plane Talk Magazine - Spring Edition 2021

Published by the Northwest Aerospace Alliance, the Spring Edition features Quality Bearings Online’s (QBOL) growth and success during a year of uncertainty where business worldwide was all struggling. Here is our story.

We are delighted to be featured in the Spring 2021 Edition of the Plane Talk quarterly magazine publication exclusively available to Northwest Aerospace Alliance Members. Plane Talk is a magazine created by The Northwest Aerospace Alliance which supports the aerospace industry across the North West of England and here at QBOL the aerospace industry is one of the many industries that we supply our goods and services to. Our article titled 'Growth, renovation and success in 2020’ gives readers a snapshot of how our business took the risk and chose business growth through the pandemic, receiving support locally to help keep our business operating during tough times.

In 2020 we had one of our 'best quarter ever with our average order value increasing by 25 percent and daily average turnover already back at our pre-pandemic level'. For everyone here at Quality Bearings Online, this was a huge achievement as we were aware many businesses struggled during the pandemic, therefore we are delighted to not only manage to maintain our average turnover but increase it by 25%. This was a huge achievement for the team and we all very proud and grateful we reached this outcome.

The article further discussed how we renovated our office from an old and outdated place to a modern, spacious working environment suitable for collaborative working with use of new technology. This helped to boost employee’s morale during the pandemic and gave each team member something to look forward to when we headed back into the office in July. The renovation met all the needs the team at QBOL wanted, creating the perfect environment for our team to come to work in, this amazing change made the working environment a better place to be in.

Our team continues to deliver excellence, keeping the world turning day in day out for our customers during the tough year. We are determined to continue to generate great turnovers no matter what comes in our way. We feel as though we are 'keeping the world turning' through supplying our goods to industries all over the world such as the aerospace, marine, automotive, medical and more.

We hope our business continues to thrive in 2021. We would like to Thank our QBOL Team but most importantly, Thank You to our valued Customers and Partners that have helped us stride through a challenging year.
