Quality Bearings Online Wins the Micro Gold Exporter Award at the TAG Awards in London, for the 2^nd time

On Thursday 15 March, in the Grange Hotel in London, a few members of our team were thrilled to except the Micro Gold Exporter Award at the British American Business TransAtlantic Growth (TAG) Awards. This is the second time we have won this award in this category, and it is just as big of an honour now as it was two years ago, when we won at the CHASE Awards.

The evening had a relaxed feel and was geared towards networking and making connections with other award-winning businesses across all sectors, such as airlines, e-retailers, and engineering companies. It was a wonderful evening, and speaking to other, like-minded people about their ventures was truly energising and inspiring. We all thoroughly enjoyed meeting everyone in an informal setting.

Simon Riley, our Director say: “For the past two years we have doubled our turnover and one of the reasons why is due to selling internationally. Exporting has improved our business model and enhanced our brand proposition.”

With a free bar and flowing prosecco, the atmosphere was very merry, and congratulations were in order, not just for us, but for the other talented and successful winners, who were all incredibly deserving. “It’s the best feeling, being surrounded by other extremely successful businesses who are all congratulating your achievements. It really means a lot to be recognised yet again!” added Simon.
