QBOL Is Platinum Rated For The Second Year Running

For the second year in a row, QBOL has received the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for 2023. Feefo is the world’s largest independent platform which collects reviews from verified customers. Their awards offer an independent seal of excellence, recognizing businesses that consistently deliver a world-class customer experience.

To win the Platinum award, businesses must collect at least 50 reviews -from 1 January to 31 December - and maintain a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5 for three consecutive years.

These awards are only attainable thanks to the wonderful feedback we have received over the years. In house, our Feefo account is managed by Meghan Say, Digital Marketing Executive and Bearing Geek (affectionately named!). Meg monitors the feedback as it comes in, sends responses to all our customers, and circulates the feedback inhouse. We value each and every comment from our customers, and the whole QBOL team loves reading the messages left for us.
